Briscoe leaves longtime post as head of Sugar Association

Thirteen-year CEO of food commodity group quietly departs after policy setbacks; Courtney Gaine named interim CEO Briscoe Saying he wants to pursue new opportunities, Andy Briscoe has resigned as CEO of The Sugar Association after leading the $13 million-revenue group for more than a decade.
